請各位大俠幫忙看看我該怎麽辦？

我以前是developer.
我們公司正在做一個新的大項目。公司把我調過去做tech analyst。我進項目沒多久tech lead就辭職了。我就莫名奇妙的頂替了他的職位。
現在公司找了一個老頭據說以前是architect。現在暫時在我手下。他做的第一份function spec我看了一下完全驢唇不對馬嘴。可是他又不肯按我的意思改。頭一次做lead 就碰到這麽個棘手的事。本來這個項目就相當混亂（否則這個燙手的山芋也不會跑到我的手上），現在又來了一個添亂的。我簡直不知道該怎麽辦了。
各位前輩，我該怎麽做才能讓這個老頭按我的意思改他的文檔又不過分得罪他呀？這個人的資曆比我高多了，搞不好將來會升到我的頭上（我們公司很有點國內論資排輩習氣），我可不想現在得罪他呀。
可是他的這個文檔實在是沒有辦法用。如果我的頭看見這份文檔肯定會覺得我沒有能力領導了。真是頭疼。
