Thanks a lot for the reply. Actually this is nothing new, just getting a little worse than before. Since my prior role is Sr. accountant, I have to correct or tell the clerk to fix things when doing the month end processing. Every time there is an error, she just say " tell me how to fix it, I do not care". Due to the situation we all know, including my boss(CFO),there will be this kind things happen, just matter of time.
I will talk to them one by one in person like you advised. Hopefully things will go straight.
