各位，請支招

剛剛被提升為CONTROLLER,當天宣布的時候另外兩個老美同事就麵露不滿。今天終於有一個找了理由，和我爭論:"you are always right......., just tell me what to do. I do not think it is the right way"blah, blah.其實我隻是告訴她有件她處理的不對事情我重新修正了,也沒有說她錯或者什麽.作為公司管理的唯一外國人, 真的很想發泄一下, 各位有何高見?謝謝
