I believe my boss does not think that I have ability to manage a team, he knows how small that my paycheck is.. .

I would like to ask if this kind of structure are usual for those small Co....Or, my boss is a very special manager...

Also, I am wandering should I beg them to fire me for my qualification to EI, what kind of reaction that they will make? Is it a good idea to beg for fire?
