請教美國老土和眾高參：這樣的公司很常見嗎？

我們公司很小，人事告訴我，這裏很flexciable. 沒有明確的分工。

我做會計的，老板找了個新人（原來的那個人調走了），麵試他的時候都沒有向我介紹她，（她肯定不會服我）。過後老板告訴我讓他來幫我的。叫我可以分些活給他。不明白為什麽這個老板當我麵說她是我的幫手，卻從不當他的麵說。新來的水平很一般，學曆也不和我一個檔次，不知道被告知了什麽，每天都在老板那裏討功。

關鍵他也是個中國人。（I am not proud of being a Chinese in this situation).我不斷的教她新東西，他幾乎沒有什麽經驗，每件事都來問我。除了向老板請功的時候不會問我。我讓他做一些活，（我向老板請示活太多，老板批準給他一些， 可是老板自己不去說，他當然不像做）今天她盡然對hr 說叫我繼續作，hr 給我email ，also copy to 老板，說讓我繼續做一個月。。。。

我都忍無可忍了。我要付所有的會計 team 的責任，但是沒有任何 right.

這樣的公司常見麽。多謝賜教。
