請老土等大俠指教

本人在學校研究工作，待遇不高，特累，出路不明朗。想到外麵世界走走，有一consulting公司給出: a rate cap of $50/h on 1099。 俺不明其意，請大俠指教。

1 客戶在MA，這個價位合理嗎？那裏可以查到比較準確的價位表？
2 on 1099是不是指這個價位包括所有費用?沒有benefit，醫療保險？對不！
3 俺理想價位在$75/h, 如何在要高價？
