The reason

is that she mentioned that she does not get a master degree because she got a baby at that time. I then explained that I had to go to school as I did not have work permit.

And then I asked her for one day off to take ethical exam as I just know that I passed four section of CPA exam. She said immediately that our director did not hire a person with high education before because that person is only good at talking. She said some person performs well in school but does not perform well at work. And experience is always the most important. I said I agree.
