Need Suggestion

I just get a new job, contract to hire. The manager is very smart and working hard. But She does not have master degree and CPA while I have a master and just passed CPA test. She feels unsecured while I am happy to be a staff. I don't want to be manager as it will get a lot of work and pressure. The manager is going to start her maternity leave in July. In this situation, how should I handle. I just want to make her comfortable and let her know that there is no risk for her.
