麵試問題：如果工作中不同意老板的想法怎麽辦？

我在工作中得出的經驗：

大多數時間，按老板的要求辦。因為爭論解釋往往比WORK OUT結果花時間。如果必要，也SHOW一下按自己想法的結果。因為很多事做了才知道對錯。

如果有絕對把握覺得老板錯了，而且可能一時不能有結果出來支持自己的看法，就一定要跟老板協商。看是不是可以考慮改方案。

這個很重要。你得給老板幹事，不是給你自己幹事。老板的錯誤想法可能是老板的老板傳下來的。老板是明白，但你得給出結果讓老板給老板的老板交差。

你也不能一味盲從，公司雇你，是看你有公司需要的經驗和能力。你一味OK，雇你幹嗎？

我後來麵試別人，都要問這個問題的，沒多少人答好。

好笑的事， 後來別人也曾經用這個問題麵試我。

可能計算機工作服從更重要。 不知道這問題有標準答案沒。
