Thanks for your advice. I've scheduled meeting with his superviser to talk about the lack of strategy and execution plan to move forward and no link to big picture. How do I make this meeting successful, not sounds like a complaint of this lead?
I do not report to the lead. He tried several times to get me transfer to his group, but failed. The project is very interesting and exploratory. Thought he is someone I can trust and work with. Apparently misjudged the character.
