I know my manager is trying to kick me out for revenge as I pointed out mistakes that she made to anther manager who supposed to be my future boss which will be announced in the mid of Mar, and I know quite a lot mess she made so she doesn't want me to flip to my new boss.
Another choice for me is waitting until the end of extended period for the final conclusion and file complaint to HR if its termination of my employment instead of layoff.
So which way is better?
