haha 這要看QA Manager怎麽handle了，

我們這的做法是，比如說總共100 testcases, QA will say "go" only if 95% of the test cases passed.

If you only give us 1 week we can only finish 40% of the test cases, sorry, we cannnot sign off the release.

If you still want to release the problematic software, go ahead but we QA people didn't sign off and we are not responsible for any issues.
