請問您講的是美國的普遍情況? 還是個例?
雇傭記錄調查時會不會問title呢? If they ask my previous employer about my title when I left company, HR in my previous company might just say "He is engineer". Would the person who conduct background checking be surprised when he/she saw I used "senior engineer" on resume?
