DEV for sure. However, you fit in neither of the two openings. As a Sr. J2EE developer with 9 yrs experiences, I have no idea why you want to be a web developer. Additionally, you mentioned that the pay rate of BA is higher. That is surprised. For my own experiences, BA's salary is lower. Moreover, because BAs focus on a specific domain, usually BAs' future is limited.
