Web developer is $70/hr, BA is $100/hr. I was also suprised. I thought dev job is more important, we know the business very well, we can work on the application without BA. In my previous company, my salary was only 78k four years ago(i have green card), BA was 100K+.
The reason there is only web developer position is because this is a big project, we will work with another big consulting firm(Accenture), most BA and developers come from Accenture, the reason to invlove us is because we had been working on this application for several years, we are familir with the business logic and the flow. There is another data conversion position(require SQL skill) which i am very interested in was taken by my indian teammate.
