該如何與老板談

我要休產假生孩子，　我的大老板突然對我說，他要招一個全職的我的職位來補我的空缺在我休產假的2個月，我不懂他是什麽意思，在這之前我曾經根據合同跟他談過長工資的事情，（合同上講，過了六個月，我的工資要重新考慮），　他沒有任何反映，我一直不很開心．

另外，　我想同他談一下在公司找哺乳房間的事情，我一直為這困擾，不知道上班以後該如何喂孩子奶，昨天聽別人講，提供breastfeeding　房間在公司 在法律上受保障的．．但不知到如何同他談．．
