"在這之前我曾經根據合同跟他談過長工資的事情,(合同上講,過了六個月,我的工資要重新考慮), 他沒有任何反映,我一直不很開心"
Contract says to RECONSIDER salary, no way does it say pay raise, doesn't it? As we all know, when the economy is bad, everybody has to tighten the belt. Very reasonable that there's no increase. You can think of it as that they reconsidered, and decided to keep your pay as is, no increase, no cut.
"我要休產假生孩子".
So you joined the company when you were already pregnant? Did you disclose that during your interview? If your boss didn't know, I suppose it's reasonable for him to be a bit taken aback? After all, we know a woman is less productive when pregnant or with a new born. He probably can't and shouldn't do anything due to potential legal issues (there's your protection).
Do you plan to bring the baby with you to work and breast feed him/her at work? or you thinking of pumping? Why would I even know these??? Anyway, by all means you should ask and ask straightforward about what he's thinking about your career at the company. Do it with confidence and pride. It is your rights remember. Donn't go into the discussion acting like you did something wrong, or you'd only make things worse.
