選定16F1847 DIP18，想找免費C編譯，XIDE、MPLAB還沒入門，希望懂的提示幾下

例如好且低價的開發工具，類似源碼，最好有類似Adruino的多線程核，不然隻能死循環同時管鍵盤和顯示。

20年前做的唯一項目，是按鍵後發一串嚴格定時的脈衝以便進入電視機的維修方式。

現在比較退化，我還做過一個在關機後檢測喇叭異響的東西，很簡單的硬件，現在不知道怎麽做的。
