這兩個車比較，哪個安全？

問題：兩車A和B兩車，同樣重量，實驗室碰撞成績都是四星（比三星好，比五星差），
A車是超小型車，B車是中型車。這兩個車哪個更安全：

1）A車比B車更安全
2）A車和B車同樣安全
3）B車比A車更安全
