用quitclaim deed 把自己名下的房產放入LLC會有那些費用和tax

新手又來請教各位大拿，用quitclaim deed 把自己名下的房產放入LLC會有那些費用和tax呢？ 我們的房子25萬買的， 現在估值40萬左右，不知道如果轉到LLC是不是要交增值的那部分稅。先多謝啦！
