兩年前有很多SS。現在還時不時有幾個出來。不過價錢已經漲了不少。

 

>>較好區2/2肯定65萬，現在同樣的房75萬+。租金大約3500.

你看的肯定接近市中心downtown。較遠一點，接近daly city，就便宜多了。如果去hunter point那塊，30萬左右可以搞定，還是新房。

 

>>山景城2/2康鬥35萬～55萬，租金～2000.

現在更高寫，至少2200刀。
