少小離家老大回，I was old when returning hometown where I left since young,
鄉音無改鬢毛衰。my hair had turned gray while I kept my native tongue.
兒童相見不相識，No kids knew me when we met,
笑問客從何處來。”Where do you come from?”, they smiled and asked.
