被逮口占 – 汪精衛

 

慷慨歌燕市，從容作楚囚。

引刀成一快，不負少年頭。

 

Chanting on Being Captured by Wang Jingwei

 

Towards the land of Yan, I sing sans fear,

Albeit a captive imprisoned in Chu.

I raise my head afore the hacking gear,

A young soul, for ideals – lofty and true.
