寒鴉飛數點，流水繞孤村。

斜陽欲落處，一望黯消魂。

 

Gazing into Distance by Yang Guang (Shui Dynasty)

 

Afar, cold crows scatter into mere spots,

A creek skirts by where a bleak village squats.

My sight trails where the sun begins to sink,

All views fade into melancholy dots.
