先用溫牛奶加糖,化開酵母,靜止8分鍾,讓酵母發起來,然後再放入其它材料。麵包機的dough檔,我這個麵包機攪拌30分鍾,然後發酵1小時的。
接下來的順序就和波子的一樣了。
第二次發酵,我是把烤箱預熱到50度後,關掉。然後裏麵放一盆溫水,然後把整好形的麵包放進去,這時候大概烤箱溫度40度,估計20幾分鍾,就發酵成很大了。然後175度烤30分鍾。[閱讀全文]

AtwaterMarché是火車站改造的菜市場,本地食材為主,著名飯店的大廚都到這裏趕早集,東西確實不錯。對麵就是一家廚具店。
地鐵綠線GuyConcordia地鐵站附近,StCatherine和Guy街交叉口有家廚具店,比較小,但東西很全。
