Few suggestions:

1. "Circuit" as an entity may be defined in the previous paragraphs.  Please check.

2. "concerning of" defined the third party.  If I speak to my fiend in China who is in a remote place and is dumb and blind I am probably not violcating the agreement because he has not interest here at all.

3.  I do not think there is anything to do with "股權證".
