我是這樣想的：

reach a high purchase price with a contract as short as possible (1 yr or 2 yr the most) and set a high rent premium too so that I can get the most juice out of the renter each month and hope that he can not perform when the contract expires.

Of course this in only possible if the renter is VERY eager to buy.

Right ow I owen the house out right.
