1031名字問題

剛剛賣了一個房，錢放在1031賬號裏，用的是我和老公兩個人的名字。現在為了節約貸款名額，想用裏麵的錢買一個新房，deed隻放在我老公名下。1031管理員說，新房的contract和commitment letter也必須要兩個人的名字。都是這樣的嗎？新房deed是不是也必須要兩個人名字？
