超市偷竊，懇請老貓,STP,大神,和其他各位朋友指點

今天在walmart拿了一瓶化妝品$32放在包裏，結帳的時候沒有結。被抓。警察來了。承認自己偷東西。現在很害怕，精神都快甭潰了。也不敢告訴老公，隻好上網來求助。不知道這種罪有多嚴重，會不會入獄？警察說他也不知道，可能有up to 一年的監禁。但是後來又問他，他說第一次偷，可能給500 元罰款。我明天要去 警察局， 好像去照照片。也給安排了什麽時候去法庭。我問他，會不會通知我的employer，他說不會。我會不會被送監獄？我是否要承認偷了動西？對我申請綠卡有影響嗎？我會被驅逐出境嗎？ 我在田納西。

請幫助我。
