Actually I know two people who had done this in two different states. There really nothing to be stressed about. I know it's hard to do but believe me, you will be fine. It's happening to all stores everyday and the courts have a lot more serious things to deal with. They just want to give you a warning. Just don't this anymore, not worth. Relax.
