The issue really is what is called "Crimes involving moral turpitude", or CIMT. Any conviction under a statute that has a maximum penalty of more than one year imprisonment is a CIMT, and that would make you deportable. 所以如果最高處罰可超過一年，可能被驅逐出境。如幸免這一關，或case dismiss，警察局的記錄你可以消掉，可FBI namecheck 是去court拿記錄的。所以還是會有。如果你近幾年，比如5年，之內申請485，有可能以CIMT，即認為你品行不好，被拒。
