KARATE SCHOOL 告我到小額法庭

兩年前送我兒子去這個KARATE學校時，合同上有這樣一個條款：

Your membership and tuition responsibility will continue until such time as you provide 60 days written notice by certified mail of your intent to discontinue training. Failure to notify the school will cause your tuition to continue until such notice is received.

幾個月前我家搬走時，給了OWNER口頭通知，但沒有提前兩個月書麵通知。

現在學校OWNER，一個白人老頭，告我到小額法庭， 要求二個月學費、利息和法庭費。

請教諸位大俠，

這個條款是否合理？

小額法庭會支持他的要求嗎?
