急問：關於在美國作NOTARY （公證).------- 非常急，懇求盡快回答，謝謝！

我需要簽一份STATUTORY DECLARATION是關於報失一份香港的重要商業文件的，但是我在美國，無法去HK處理。我的HK的代理人谘詢律師後，給我準備了一份statutory declaration ，要求我在一個WITNESS麵前簽名同時要NOTARIZE該文件。

我的HK代理人在他給我的EMAIL裏麵寫明：“The signing of the statutory declaration has to be notarized before a notary public. As different legislation and law applies to different countries and states, I have highlighted "Oaths and Declaration Ordinance" in the statutory declaration. Please INSERT the correct Ordinance name accordingly or leave it blank for the notary public to insert accordingly.“

在那份要求我簽名和公證的STATUTORY DECLARATION上麵，確有這個一段：

“.........in the said Sales Agreement free from encumbrances.

AND I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance.

請問，在上麵有下劃線的“Oaths and Declarations Ordinance”部分，我或者我的NOTARY PUBLIC應該INPUT什麽內容呢？
