對，簡曆就像相親照片。不過我從來沒有直接投公司，

我聽說大公司這種open position，其實都是內部已經有人選，但明文有一個規定，就是多少天之內如果對外也沒有更合適的人選，所以我們看見的，一般就是掛在那裏做樣子。我曾經為這個等了一個月才收到正式offer。不知道這種說法有沒有道理。

我以前都是在monster 幾個網站登簡曆，或者參加公司公開招聘會。
