個人認為找工作要有麵試關建是簡曆，而不是獵頭。

簡曆上的keywords一定要match the job description要的東西，簡曆寫得好基本上會百發百中，直接在公司網站投即可。

中了以後，麵試的時候簡曆上的東西就會被考／問了，所以平時就要準備，一但考不倒offer就不成問題了，當然錢要談得攏。
