My thought is real estate has small impact.

The population is still going up, and people will have to live under a roof. Even boomers down-sizing, the new generations will take over. As long as the cost for man-power keep the same or up, no big deal for real estate.

The liquidation of real estate is not as easy as stock. Therefore, for most boomer, the 1st choice should be stock to trade cash.

(0 bytes) () 06/06/2012 postreply 10:15:00
