But I was mainly concerning about the impact to the real estate market.

Their houses will be mainly left to their kids. Will this generate the extra supply or low demand on the market?

I think this may impact the area inland of the country, but for the east coast and west coast, because of the job opportunity, immigrants, new residents may fill the gap, but the growth may be slowered.

Any other opinions?
