One only has 24 hours to eat, sleep, shit and play a day.   With 30 million stock portfolio, excluding the fixed income portion, why would you even think about those 2 rentals?   It is worthwhile spending that time with your family shopping, dining or travelling.   Otherwise, you are just a money hoarder, not that much far away from a loser哈哈
