  • Firm tofu (calcium-set, raw, USDA data): ~350–680 mg calcium per 100 g
  • Soft/silken tofu: ~110–150 mg calcium per 100 g
  • Magnesium-set tofu: usually much lower calcium, often <100 mg per 100 g
