Don't eat white rice anymore

Change to whole grains like barley, brown rice, bulgur, lentils. 

White rice is very unhealthy. I have a persimmon tree so I eat it fresh/pick up one whenever I want to.

I got a dehydrater, so peppers can be made into powders for seasoning.
