Change to whole grains like barley, brown rice, bulgur, lentils.
White rice is very unhealthy. I have a persimmon tree so I eat it fresh/pick up one whenever I want to.
I got a dehydrater, so peppers can be made into powders for seasoning.

                    謝謝,我家平時都是吃糙米的,但是每年新米下來的時候,會吃一些的。精米已經沒有什麽營養了。

                    我也不吃糙米據說砷含量比白米高,我就添點燕麥或胡蘿卜煮白米飯。
