來自《生活》雜誌的瑪麗蓮夢露生前照片，這組照片大多出自名攝影家之手。

夢露名言:“有時候我想在年輕的時候死去就可以避免衰老，但是這樣的話，人生就不夠完整。你願意這樣做嗎？你永遠都不會了解你自己。”

背景:Time不久前宣布，將《生活》雜誌浩大的圖片歸檔全部搬到網上，一共有超過1000萬張曆史圖片向人們開放搜索，其中97%照片甚至是第一次公開。盡管Time依然保留商業版權，所有圖片均允許私人與學術免費使用。
