劉德華：內地購房產

　　明星們出於職業需要和興趣愛好，總要走在時尚最前沿，一旦過時的東西，就堆得“物滿為患”。

　　梁詠琪：舊衣竟賣出高價

　　為了讓堆積如山的用品可以“廢物利用”，明星用品二手店應運而生。像陳慧琳、梁詠琪的二手服裝店，有些衣服甚至比新買時價錢還高。喜歡新科技、新玩具的鄭伊健總是第一時間購買最新型號的產品，家裏那些舊DV、遊戲機就隻能不斷地處理，所以他順勢開了家二手玩具店。喜歡收集球鞋的陳冠希，家裏的鞋可以鋪滿一個200平方米的房間，於是幹脆送到陳冠希球鞋二手店。謝霆鋒家裏收藏了幾十把吉他，一幫誌同道合的朋友盧巧音、何韻詩、陳奕迅沒事每人捐出幾把，謝霆鋒吉他二手店也貨源充足。

周傑倫：幹脆開家古董店

　　天王周傑倫去年搖身一變成了“周董”，他整理自己從歐洲、曼穀買回來的古董貨，開了一家古董店。無論是水晶吊燈，還是複古皮箱，都是周傑倫的戰利品。不過“周董”對生意十分瀟灑，認為賺錢與否都不重要，隻要自己開心就好。

第四招：因為愛好投資

　　孫興：南京投資農場

　　不過，也有純粹喜歡當“農民”斥資地產的。孫興就是因為喜歡自然環境的那種無拘無束，在南京投資了一個農場，生產各式各樣的瓜果蔬菜。孫興說：“我這裏種植的水果蔬菜都是不灑農藥的，絕對天然產品。剛摘下的水果，用布擦擦就能吃，味道好極了。

第五招：明星開餐廳

　　“炒房”固然投資回報率高，但投資風險也比較大。相對而言，利用自身的知名度和交際圈來開店，就容易和有趣得多。

　　明星開餐廳早已不是稀奇事，香港、台灣和內地的明星是各有各的開法，各有各的火。寶島台灣的明星們都抓住天時、地利、人和的機會，一展特色，根據自己的愛好、心願投資開設自己鍾情的特色食店；香港明星們向來都是時尚先鋒，各個方麵都要在fans麵前“炫”一把，因此餐館的情調也是別有一番風味；內地的“大腕兒”們大多數比較循規蹈矩，即使沒有港台的明星效應強，就衝著那餐館的氣派也要“火”一把。

　　方中信：“深藍”酒吧

　　方中信、鄭浩南與錢小豪1998年在九龍尖沙咀林道開了“深藍”酒吧。他們每逢星期六都會前去巡視業務，有三個猛男坐鎮，女性客人特別多。捧場有明星楊恭如、韓君婷和張耀揚等。酒吧平時晚上10時人氣平平，完全沒有酒吧的氣氛。不過，一個星期最旺的就是星期五晚11時至星期六淩晨2時，通常都會逼爆場，賺得盆滿缽滿。

天心：C25°咖啡館

　　天心最引人注目的莫過於她火爆的身材，但C25°中的C並不是C罩杯的意思，而是表示Cafe25°是煮咖啡最佳的溫度。

　　與普通的咖啡館相比，C25°的裝潢與色彩別具一格，它整體都是挑高設計，搭配大片的落地玻璃，顯得明亮、寬敞、爽朗，與咖啡館一向的幽靜、低沉、雅淡風格有所區別。同時四周顏色以深紅色為主，角落配以別致的盆景，別有一番異國情調。C25°咖啡館中陳列的有天心從英國帶回來的咖啡具，顏色亮麗潤澤的咖啡杯，讓人愛不釋手，客人一般飲用的有可愛小貓的馬克杯，也別具童趣。

張信哲的“三千院”

　　素有“情歌王子”之稱的台灣歌手張信哲，在上海梧桐輔路的烏魯木齊路上開了一家“三千院”。這是一個鬧中取靜的地方。“三千院”的建築極其惹眼，全透明的玻璃鑲嵌在粗糙的木質梁結構中，顯出濃重的現代意味，每片玻璃的相交之處，都用一支黃色霓紅燈連接。這裏的菜色更是一門藝術。“三千院”以經營手工日式料理為主，結合些許上海本土特色。廚師本身就是一位藝術家，每一道料理都是突破食材和擺盤的限製傾心創作的藝術。尤其要提及的是“尺煮燙”這道招牌菜，據說由主廚偷師自日本寺廟，烹飪步驟相當繁瑣，僅是將牛蒡等6種蔬菜細切成絲分別入罐燉煮就需要周折半天的工夫。這道菜僅在上海的“三千院”有得一嚐。
