故事： 據美國暢銷偵探小說改編，湯姆·漢克斯主演。講述哈佛大學的符號學專家羅伯特·蘭登在法國巴黎出差期間的一個午夜接到一個緊急電話，得知盧浮宮博物館年邁的館長被人殺害在盧浮宮的博物館裏，人們在他的屍體旁邊發現了一個難以捉摸的密碼。蘭登與法國一位頗有天分的密碼破譯專家索菲·奈芙，在對一大堆怪異的密碼進行整理的過程當中，發現一連串的線索就隱藏在達芬奇的藝術作品當中，深感震驚。這些線索，大家都清楚可見，然而卻被畫家巧妙地隱藏起來。
