我們和宇宙   林木譯   

 

我們呆在這裏有數小時，

最多一天。

我們感知理解地形，

我們自己新的四肢，

撞上一群身體

直到一個成為家。

時間飛逝。草彎腰

然後又學會站立。

We are here for what amounts to a few hours,                 

 a day at most.                     

We feel around making sense of the terrain,                    

 our own new limbs,           

Bumping up against a herd of bodies                                 

 until one becomes home.   

Moments sweep past. The grass bends                             

 then learns again to stand.
