每個州不太一樣不過大體是：

１。 如果你急著修車或看醫生，你do not know the faulty party's info, make claim through your insurance company. 告述他們是對方的錯。

２。對方錯的話，他的insurance company在最後 will cover everything for you（你把賬單寄去via your insurance company）.

3. 如果他沒保險的話，那就是你的insurance company cover everything after ur deductable( depends on ur policy)

4. If you obtained the faulty party's insurance company,his name and driver liscence, you can make claim directly to his insurance company without bothering your own insurance company.
