香烤奶酪奶油瓜Butternut Squash & cheddar cheese

原料1Ingredients 1

 

洋蔥1個切粒

1 onion sliced

½ 小勺百裏香

½ teaspoon dried thyme

少許胡椒

Ground black pepper

½ 小勺鹽

½ teaspoon salt

小勺大蒜末

2 teaspoons minced garlic

大勺橄欖油

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

 

原料2Ingredients2

 

奶油瓜1個去皮,去籽,切塊

1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, cubed

大勺中筋麵粉

3 teaspoons all –purpose flour

1杯烤麩切小塊(可選項)

1cup gluten bread cubed( optional)

小勺鹽

1 teaspoon salt

2大勺歐芹(切碎)

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

1杯切達奶酪

1 cup cheddar cheese

大勺奶油切片

2 tablespoons sliced butter

½杯高湯

½ cup chicken or vegetable stock

 

 

原料Ingredients 3

 

¾ 杯麵包粉

¾ cup bread crumbs

¾杯切達奶酪或者莫紮瑞納奶酪

¾ cup cheddar cheese or mozzarella

大勺溶化的奶油

1 tablespoon melted butter

 

 

做法Preparation

烤箱預熱350F/Preheat the oven 350F

 把材料的原料混合,除了奶油和高湯。

Mix ingredients 2 together except butter and stock.

In ingredients 1 , heat the olive oil in a medium , stir fry onion, thyme, about 10 minutes until the onions are clear or light browned. The last minute stir in garlic ,  pepper and salt cook for 1 minute. Buttered the baking pan ,   spread the mixture evenly.

Spread the squash mixture on the onion, pure stock, spread  butter sliced. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil, evenly spread ingredients 3 cheese mixture and bake 25 minutes until the topping is golden.
