冬天來了,2020就快過去了,腐國反反複複lockdown,沒憋出毛病,憋出個做飯的視頻:)
晨跑之前的早餐Blue Spirulina smoothie奶昔
INGREDIENTS
【Energy Revival Blue Spirulina Smoothie】
■1 whole Banana
■1 whole Avacado
■1 tbsp Honey
■3 tbsp Yogurt
■1 cup Milk
■1 tbsp Blue Spirulina Powder
(BLUE Spirulina純天然植物藻類,富含蛋白質維他命等多種營養元素)其實我就是喜歡這抹藍:)早上一杯心情好~直接去附近park跑步了
中午,黃金蛋炒飯,想必大家都會做,主要就是先用蛋黃把飯拌好,再炒時蔬
成品展示:
【Golden Egg Fried Rice】
■3 egg yolks
■2 cups cooked rice (make good use of leftover rice or ready cooked packaged rice to save time)
■Fresh vegetables of your choice. e. g. radish,onions, spring onions and mushrooms
■Seasonings: 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp vinegar,1tsp sugar, 1pinch of salt
最後,自製臘肉
