這個酷酷的早餐杯,

是由土豆絲,

各類蔬菜,

起司和雞蛋做成,

怎麽樣,

單單看材料就很豐富吧,

不僅營養豐富,

關鍵還很養眼,

烤的有點焦的土豆絲,

像不像一個鳥巢?

材料:

  • 土豆2個
  • 雞蛋白2個
  • 黃油少許
  • 胡椒
  • 洋蔥1個
  • 胡蘿卜1個
  • 青豆少許
  • 火腿丁少許
  • 起司少許
  • 雞蛋/鵪鶉蛋

做法:

  • 將土豆洗淨去皮,切成細細的絲。
  • 土豆絲裏加入少許鹽和胡椒,2隻蛋白和少許融化的黃油,拌勻。
  • 將瑪芬烤盤四壁刷融化的黃油。

  • 每隻烤碗裏放半杯上麵的土豆絲。
  • 用手將土豆絲向底部和四周按壓,形成一個碗狀。

  • 預熱烤箱475F(245度),烤15分鍾至土豆絲變色。

  • 將洋蔥,胡蘿卜洗淨切成小丁。
  • 平底鍋中少許黃油,下胡蘿卜丁,洋蔥丁,青豆和火腿丁,炒軟。

  • 加入少許鹽和胡椒,離火。
  • 將炒好的蔬菜每隻烤好的土豆碗裏加一點。

  • 上麵撒上少許起司,烤箱烤3分鍾至起司融化。

  • 取出烤盤,上麵每個土豆絲碗中打入雞蛋或鵪鶉蛋。

  • 放回烤箱繼續烤10分鍾即可。

有話說:

  • 中間的蔬菜可以根據喜好自行選擇,火腿,培根或是全素蔬菜都可以。
  • 上麵的雞蛋和鵪鶉蛋都可以,個人更喜歡鵪鶉蛋。
  • 起司可以選任何種類的 -- Cheddar Colby, Monterey Jack, Swiss Cheese, Mexican Blend, Gruyere,Goat Cheese etc.
  • 剩下的可以放冰箱保存,吃之前可以微波爐加熱或入烤箱。
  • 最後烘焙時間都是參考,想要吃溜心蛋的可以適當縮短時間,反之亦然。
