是由土豆絲,
各類蔬菜,
起司和雞蛋做成,

材料:
- 土豆2個
- 雞蛋白2個
- 黃油少許
- 鹽
- 胡椒
- 洋蔥1個
- 胡蘿卜1個
- 青豆少許
- 火腿丁少許
- 起司少許
- 雞蛋/鵪鶉蛋
做法:
- 將土豆洗淨去皮,切成細細的絲。
- 土豆絲裏加入少許鹽和胡椒,2隻蛋白和少許融化的黃油,拌勻。
- 將瑪芬烤盤四壁刷融化的黃油。

- 每隻烤碗裏放半杯上麵的土豆絲。
- 用手將土豆絲向底部和四周按壓,形成一個碗狀。

- 預熱烤箱475F(245度),烤15分鍾至土豆絲變色。

- 將洋蔥,胡蘿卜洗淨切成小丁。
- 平底鍋中少許黃油,下胡蘿卜丁,洋蔥丁,青豆和火腿丁,炒軟。

- 加入少許鹽和胡椒,離火。
- 將炒好的蔬菜每隻烤好的土豆碗裏加一點。

有話說:
- 中間的蔬菜可以根據喜好自行選擇,火腿,培根或是全素蔬菜都可以。
- 上麵的雞蛋和鵪鶉蛋都可以,個人更喜歡鵪鶉蛋。
- 起司可以選任何種類的 -- Cheddar Colby, Monterey Jack, Swiss Cheese, Mexican Blend, Gruyere,Goat Cheese etc.
- 剩下的可以放冰箱保存,吃之前可以微波爐加熱或入烤箱。
- 最後烘焙時間都是參考,想要吃溜心蛋的可以適當縮短時間,反之亦然。
