在時間裏加點糖…
一段時間裏，可能會不知不覺地傾向於一類歌曲，發現它們有個共同的特征，即所謂的“逃避現實”（“Escapist ” ）。一位音樂博主這樣寫道：“逃避的原因既可能是負麵的，也可能是正麵的，但‘逃避音樂’目的隻有一個，就是‘逃避’本身。音樂人以具體的創作，擺脫自身的情緒，而聽者借助他們的音樂，實現自我的逃避”。加拿大蒙特利爾音樂人Arnaud Dagenais 直接用” The escapist music “來當作藝名，最近他發行了一首新單曲“Violence”，其實，並不暴力，如他在臉書中，用四個詞語描述這首新歌：人性（humanity）, 適應（resilience ）, 意識（consciousness ）和開放思想（open minds）。“逃避音樂”不那麽消極、頹廢。
把”逃避音樂”歸為“Chillwave”不無道理，直譯過來就是“寒波”音樂，雖然它更多地側重於音樂人自身，希望“創造出一種旋律節奏情緒，在迷茫中，尋找心靈慰藉之源”（from Apple Music)，但對聽者來說，Chillwave音樂無疑帶來了“逃避”可能。
疫情期間，此類音樂大行其道，如Dua Lipa新專輯“Future Nostalgia ”，以及其中值得一提的“We are good” 等的歌曲。最近，韓國歌手Chung Ha發布首張專輯 ‘Querencia’ ，得到音樂評論人的高度推崇：“‘逃避音樂’捕獲我們的想象，並讓想象空間化做Disco仙境，專輯‘Querencia’ 則更上一層樓，把我們帶到另一個天地，用燃爆式的音樂語言衝刷著疫情隔離和封閉期間產生的藍色鬱悶。”這篇評論最後提到專輯中的歌曲“X”，欣賞歌曲，會注意到電腦製作的視頻背景有些暴力, 坦克飛機導彈都上了。但歌曲講述了一個被人背叛之後，如何脫胎換骨的故事，的確，需要一點點“暴力“來塑造自己，變得更加強大。歌曲“以不同以往的方式，表達一種‘自我肯定和自我接受’（self-assurance)，從而升華到一種永恒的境界...。” 如歌詞中唱的那樣：“舊傷疤如幽靈如影隨形/新麵貌讓痛苦無影無蹤” （英譯歌詞見附錄），明示著，盡管這樣那樣，不盡完美，但唯有“自我肯定和接受”，才是自信的根源。

因此，如何逃避？又回到一個最根本的字：“愛”，愛自己，愛值得愛的人，愛花愛草，愛咖啡…。：-）
