放療

九月份PET掃描發現左肺內病灶又活躍了。

醫生建議加上放療。

約了放療醫生，谘詢一番，看了以往的各種掃描，認為可以做。在放療科用他們的機器又做了一次CT，建了三D構像，便於製定放射路線和計劑量。

當時約定放療科聯係醫保，得到批準後再定下療程。

半個月後，收到醫保來信：不批。

 

接下來兩周，腫瘤科、放療科，與醫保反複協商後達成治療協議。

十一月初接到電話，可以開始放療了。

計劃每個工作日照射一次，共33次，總計6600 cGy。

每周一放療後見醫生做狀態評估。

11月9日 正式開始第一次放療。脫光上身，躺在托架上，貼上幾枚定位標簽。各種探頭圍著轉，不到十分鍾搞定。

這個是第四次放療後的小結

全程於12月29日結束。

這期間咳嗽加劇，出現進食困難等食道刺激症狀，皮疹。加上原有的浮腫問題。唉，挺下來了。

 

放療效果如何？

9月7日 PET報告

Impression

1. Interval mild increase in metabolic activity of the left hilar
lymph node now with an SUV max of 3.1, previously 2.2 and of the left
aortoesophageal lymph node with an SUV max of 2.4, previously 2.2.

2. New focal uptake along the anterolateral margin of the left basal
pleura with an SUV max of 2.1 with involvement of the inner cortex of
the 6th left rib which shows morphologically stable sclerotic changes.

3. Stable non FDG avid moderate left pleural effusion and chronic
changes with mild diffuse FDG uptake within the left lung apex.
